3. SMS Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from AMAC Pharmacy Services, we may send you service updates, customer-care messages, or refill reminders

Message frequency varies based on your prescription activity and service needs but is generally limited to 4 messages per month.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (888) 722-5579 or support@amacrxs.com.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; such mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose mobile information to vendors that help us deliver and support our text messaging program, such as telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, and technical service providers. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
